PETRA is an Incorporated Technology Research Association, established on August 24, 2009. The organization is approved by METI (Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry) under Japanese Act on an Incorporated Research and Development Partnership.
PETRA carries on National Research and Developments Projects on leading-edge gPhotonics and Electronics Converged Devices and Systemsh in Information and Communication Technology area, where photonics technology and electronics technology are mutually incorporated.
